Three people were shot and injured in downtown Dallas after a shooting on Thursday. The shooting took place around 12.15pm. in the 1800 block of Commerce Street, the police said.

Police said that that all three victims were taken to local hospitals, and that their their conditions unknown.

No suspect information has been released so far and the police said that it is still an "open investigation."
