INDORE: The bomb squad was rushed to Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain on Wednesday after a letter reached Hanumangarh station in Rajasthan, threatening to blow up the temple and several stations in Rajasthan and MP.
Ujjain SP Pradeep Sharma said the temple's security has been tightened.
The alarming message came in the form of a handwritten letter to Hanumangarh station superintendent Nagendra Singh on Tuesday .
The sender, who claimed to be 'Mohammad Salim Ansari, J&K area commander of Jaish-e-Mohammed ', threatened explosions at various religious sites and railway stations.
GRP is investigating the authenticity of the letter and trying to track down the sender.
