Logitech g aming unit, Logitech G, has expanded its product portfolio with the new range of Pro series mice and keyboards. These new accessories were announced at the recent Logi PLAY event and are designed for esports athletes and competitive gamers. The Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Dex gaming mouse is priced at 17,995, while the Pro 2 Lightspeed gaming mouse can be purchased at Rs 13,995. For keyboard gamers, the Pro X TKL Rapid gaming keyboard will be available from December 2024 for Rs 18,995. Gamers can purchase these new Pro series peripherals exclusively from the e-commerce platform Amazon and select retailers.

The Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Dex gaming mouse features a new, asymmetrical, right-handed design. The company claims that the mouse was developed with feedback from professional gamers in titles like Counter-Strike and Valorant. Here are some of its key highlights:

• Lightspeed Wireless technology: Upgraded to support 8kHz polling, delivering ultra-fast and responsive performance.
• Hero 2 sensor: Re-engineered from the ground up to help achieve 8kHz polling, this sensor now offers unmatched tracking performance with speeds over 888 inches per second and acceleration over 88G.
• Lightforce switches: Combines optical sensing for instant actuation and reliability with a mechanical component for a satisfying click and low power consumption.

Dex is a specialised right-handed tool and has been a multi-year development cycle for the Pro series. The company also noted that it has been working with multiple esports athletes to meet their specific needs.

The new Pro 2 Lightspeed mouse builds on the original ambidextrous design of the Pro Wireless gaming mouse with new components and performance enhancements.

Meanwhile, the Pro X TKL Rapid gaming keyboard is Logitech G’s first-ever magnetic analogue keyboard, offering adjustable actuation points and rapid trigger functionality. These features will help players to execute movements and commands with better speed and precision.

The keyboard’s actuation points and rapid trigger settings can be adjusted instantly without software, making it ideal for esports players who need to configure new hardware on systems where software installation isn’t allowed.

Key features of the Pro X TKL Rapid gaming keyboard include:

• Magnetic analogue switches: Custom designed by Logitech G engineers to have industry-leading response linearity, these switches feature adjustable actuation points and rapid trigger capability for precise and swift movements.
