How to complete Balance of Power quests in Fortnite

The Balance of Power quests will be welcome for every Fortnite player who is a fan of the Mortal Kombat collaboration. The new set of quests focuses on two iconic figures in the form of Scorpion and Sub-Zero, and players can obtain Kombat Kits by defeating their opponents. This guide will provide all the key steps required to complete the new quests, and help players to unlock all rewards.

The Balance of Power has six quests to complete. The following section has all the important information about the quests and how to complete them.

• Hit an enemy with an entire combo using a Kombat Kit: Players can use either Scorpion or Sub-Zero's Kombat Kits to damage their opponents. The attacks will have to be done in rapid sequence to complete the full combo.
• Land at the Living Forest at the start of a round: The Living Forest can be found in the middle of Flooded Frogs, Whiffy Wharf, and Lonewolf Lair. Make sure to land at the correct location to complete this objective.
• Eliminate players at Shogun's Arena: The Shogun's Arena can be found if players manage to survive four storm circles, and the Shogun X appears as a seasonal boss at a random location. Make sure to eliminate two or more players at the area to complete this task.
• Outlast players while carrying a Kombat Kit: To complete this task, players will have to survive for a definite period of time after receiving Kombat Kits. Both the Kombat Kits for Scorpion and Sub-Zero can be found from the floor, loot chests, and by defeating other players.
• Hit an opponent with a Kombat Kit signature move within five seconds of using a Kombat Kit ability: Both Sub-Zero and Scorpion's Kombat Kits have two abilities. Players will have to hit an enemy with either of the two abilities, and then land a Kombat Kit signature move. The sequence has to be completed within five seconds, or else the objective task will remain unfinished.
• Brutality - Eliminate an opponent after dealing damage to them with both Kombat Kits: Once players have collected the Kombat Kits, they will have to land a hit on their enemies, and eliminate them using the kit or their own weapons.

Balance of Power quest rewards in Fortnite
Each task of the objective set will reward players with 30,000 XP, and a total of 180,000 XP can be obtained in the process. Completing the first five tasks are relatively easy, but the last one will require more time as players need both Kombat Kits. Ultimately, there's 180,000 XP to win, so it makes sense to complete the full set.
