Mangaluru: Kavoor police arrested two persons in connection with an incident where swords were brandished in public. The accused are Vishnu,18, from Bejai, and Venugopal,19, from Kapikad.
The Kavoor police station registered a case where individuals were seen brandishing swords in public at Panjimogaru and Shantinagar areas, causing fear and panic among the general public.
It has come to light that both the accused are currently lodged in judicial custody in connection with an attempt to murder case reported at Ullal police station. Body warrants will be obtained to secure their custody for further investigation in the present cases, police said.
