While most of the rain will remain isolated in nature, some areas may witness a slight increase in intensity over the weekend, particularly on April 10 and 11, with possible thundershowers.
"Rain activity is likely to be scattered in northern and western parts of the state, but it may pick up slightly in parts of southern Haryana during the weekend," an IMD official said.
Meanwhile, temperatures are expected to rise gradually over the next five days. The maximum temperature may rise by 3 to 5 degrees Celsius. For Wednesday, IMD's forecast suggests partly cloudy conditions with temperatures ranging between a minimum of 22°C and a maximum temperature of 34°C.
