When Kareena Recalled Meeting Saif On Tashan Set 'Changed' Her Life: Destiny Had Its Plans

Kareena Kapoor Khan's romance with Saif Ali Khan started on the sets of Tashan. This was when she was simultaneously shooting for Jab We Met too. Kareena shot for Tashan and Jab We Met simultaneouslyKareena shot for both the movies around 2006-2007. At the start of it, she was in a relationship with her Jab We Met co-star Shahid Kapoor. But during the course of the movie, the two parted ways, and Kareena started dating Saif after they got close on Tashan sets. In the old interview, she shared, "I was shooting for Tashan and giving Jab We Met, kind of treatment like 'listen, I'm working in a YRF film, I'm playing the main part, I've become size zero, I'm going to wear a bikini and I'm going to kill it!' That was my vibe when I got on the set of Jab We Met. It was like my main passion project that's going to be like Kill Bill and I'll become like Uma Thurman... I though this (Jab We Met) I'm just shooting. I'm just coming, mouthing those lines and having fun."

Both the movies changed Kareena's life and careerAccording to Kareena, both the movies not just changed her professional, but also personal life. She said after the two movies, destiny had its own plans and life took its course. "A lot happened in the making of these two films and we all went our separate ways, and this beauty of a film (Jab We Met) came out of it. And on the way, I met Saif. I thought Tashan would change my life. But actually Jab We Met changed my career and Tashan changed my life, because I met the man of my dreams and I did marry him," she shared.
