President Joe Biden's granddaughter Naomi Biden is pregnant and expecting her first baby with husband Peter George Heermann Neal. She shared the news via her Instagram stories on Election Day. Naomi is the daughter of Hunter Biden and his ex-wife Kathleen Buhle. She got married on the South Lawn of the White House on Nov. 19, 2022.
Who Is Peter George Heermann Neal?Neal has been into politics for a while. According to reports from Guest of a Guest, he worked as an intern for Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign and then went forward to intern at the White House for the Obama-Biden administration.Along with wife Naomi, he launched an online application in 2020, to help small businesses and people calculate their CARES Act benefit eligibility, news outlet PEOPLE stated. "After spending hours reading the stimulus bill and trying to understand what it meant for ourselves, as well as Peter's family's small business in Wyoming, we were struck by the difficulty of navigating what should be accessible information for struggling small businesses and individuals during a crisis like this," they posted on the website page. Naomi's husband never misses a chance to extend his support for her and her family. Neal was seen attending President Joe Biden's presidential election party in 2020 and his inauguration that took place in January, 2021. Neal, a law graduate from the University of Pennsylvania proposed to Naomi in September, 2021, in Wyoming, the White House revealed to PEOPLE.
