Indian captain Rohit Sharma's hilarious reaction went viral as all-rounder Shivam Dube impersonated Virat Kohli. Indian cricketers Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Arshdeep Singh, Shivam Dube, and Axar Patel were on the 'The Great Indian Kapil Show'. In one of the events, Rohit Sharma was asked to judge the players' names with the fellow cricketers impersonating that player. Shivam Dube had to impersonate Kohli and he failed miserably, but Rohit was able to pick something up and give the right answer. Rohit gave a hilarious reaction when the correct answer was confirmed and said 'maaf karna bohot hi ghatiya acting kari'. The clip of the act went viral on social media and left netizens in splits.

Shivam Dube Ruled OutMeanwhile, Shivam Dube was ruled out of the India vs Bangladesh T20I series due to a back injury. The BCCI released a statement and confirmed the development while naming Tilak Varma as Dube's replacement. The first T20I will be played on October 6 in Gwalior. "The Senior Selection Committee has named Tilak Varma as Shivam's replacement. Tilak will link up with the squad in Gwalior on Sunday morning," the statement added. Rohit Sharma Reveals Rishabh Pant's Masterplan That Helped India Win T20 World CupOn the same show, Rohit Sharma also shed light on how Rishabh Pant helped India beat South Africa in the T20 World Cup 2024 final. South Africa were cruising to a win, with 30 needed in 30 balls and a set Heinrich Klassen at the crease. However, India turned things around as Pandya removed Klassen and took control of the game thereafter. Rohit Sharma revealed that the momentum was in South Africa's favour and Rishabh Pant used a smart trick to put a little break on the proceedings and break the flow. "When South Africa needed 30 runs off 30 balls, just before that, there was a small break. Pant used his intelligence to pause the game - he had a knee injury, so he had his knee taped, which helped slow down the game - because the game was fast-paced, and at that moment, all a batter wants is the ball to be bowled quickly. But we had to break the rhythm. As I was setting the field and talking to bowlers, suddenly I saw Pant fall on the ground. The physiotherapist had arrived and was taping his knee. Klassen was waiting for the match to start again. I am not saying it's the only reason, but it could be one of them - Pant Sahab used his smarts and things worked out in our favour," he said on the show.
