Donald Trump Says He Won't Debate Kamala Harris, VP Responds: 'We Owe Voters'

Vice President Kamala Harris on Thursday responded to Donald Trump saying he will not debate her again. The Democratic nominee said that 'we owe it to the voters to have another debate'. This comes as the two presidential candidates squared off for the first time on Tuesday in an event hosted by ABC News in Philadelphia. Trump claimed that he won the ABC debate. "When a prize fighter loses a fight, the first words out of his mouth are 'I want a rematch'," he wrote on X, platform formerly known as Twitter. Harris responded to Trump's announcement at a rally in Charlotte, North Carolina. She said the two candidates 'owe it to the voters to have another debate'.
