A claim has surfaced on social media that Joe Rogan, during this podcast with Donald Trump released Friday, called for all criminal charges against the former president to be dropped. Several X account are claiming that the Austin, Texas-based podcaster, with over 17 million followers on YouTube, called for charges against Trump to be dropped. Times Now Digital can confirm that the claim is false. The post was shared on the X account Barron Trump (Parody), with over 30,000 followers. While looking for similar posts, we found that a post dating back to October 15 making the same claim exists, from the X account Ivanka Trump - Parody. The post has over 59,000 impressions and over 5,000 likes. Here's the recent post going viral on X.
However, Donald Trump and Joe Rogan did talk about the charges against the former president, with Trump saying that he felt like putting Hilary Clinton in jail several times, but did not do it because he thinks that the politically motivated charges, as alleged by him, are "bad for the country.""But every time you heard these charges, they sound so bad," Trump said.
