Friends Hide Rs 500 Notes Worth Rs 14,500 On Cake, Birthday Girl's Reaction Has Gone Viral

A recent viral video on social media captures an unforgettable birthday celebration for all the good reasons. In the video, a girl is presented with a cake that appears ordinary at first but soon reveals a hidden surprise that left both her and the viewers amazed. Known as the “Cake with 500 Rupee Notes”, this unique birthday gift captured the imagination of millions as the girl discovered a series of Rs. 500 notes concealed within the cake.

The Instagram user @pratikshajadhav774 shared the video with the caption, “Bday bash #unexpected surprise.. Also my name is Pratiksha not Leelavati. My friends tease me by this name”.

The video showed friends gathered around as the birthday girl prepared to cut the cake. Just before slicing it, she removed a “Happy Birthday” topper from the center of the cake. With a gentle pull, a series of plastic-covered Rs. 500 notes emerged, one after the other, until a total of 29 notes worth Rs. 14,500 came out.

Protected by plastic, the notes remained clean and untouched by the cake, making the surprise both thoughtful and impressive.

Some praised the sentiment, saying, “You are blessed not because of the money gift but the love from your friends.” Another user joked, “Is it a cake or an ATM?”, one user commented, “Children Bank of India” and there was one who even asked Pratiksha whether she is 29 yrs old as the count of notes is 29 but the birthday girl replied in negative and stated that she is 26 yrs old.

While some viewers speculated that the video might be staged or that the notes could be fake, majority of the online users expressed delight in the unique concept and shared admiration for the friends who made the effort.
