Coronation Street's Fiz Dobbs was left gobsmacked in Monday's episode as she discovered her unexpected pregnancy.
In the recent episode, Fiz, portrayed by Jennie McAlpine, had been feeling under the weather and extremely tired. Her condition escalated at work when she started feeling dizzy and nearly passed out.
Her concerned colleagues urged her to see a doctor, leading to an appointment where she faced a barrage of questions hinting at a possible pregnancy.
Back at the factory, Fiz confided in Izzy Armstrong, played by Cherylee Houston, revealing she was pregnant after taking two tests, noting the unplanned nature of her situation.
The revelation comes at a complicated time for Fiz, especially since her husband Tyrone Dobbs, played by Alan Halsall, recently found out he is the father of his ex Alina Pop's (Ruxandra Porojnicu) child, Dorin.
Returning home to a surprise romantic dinner from Tyrone, Fiz couldn't hold back and spilled her pregnancy news, reports the Liverpool Echo. However, before they could discuss next steps, Cassie Plummer, played by Claire Sweeney, arrived with the girls, cutting their conversation short.
