Who should be cautious?

Pregnant women and breastfeeding women should not consume it without consulting a doctor. People who have hypoglycemia (very low blood sugar) should use it only under the supervision of a specialist. Consuming it in excessive amounts can cause constipation.

How to use jamun kernels?

Powder: Take one teaspoon with lukewarm water every morning on an empty stomach.

Decoction: You can boil the seeds in water, filter the water and drink it.

Capsule Form: Also available in capsule form in Ayurvedic stores.
