Amanda Owen has disclosed the brutal response from her children regarding her latest career venture.
TheOur Yorkshire Farm celebrity announced earlier this year that she's now penning children's literature, with her debut children's book launching this Christmas.

Speaking on ITV's Lorraine today (Thursday 11 September), Amanda discussed her forthcoming publication, Christmas Tales From The Farm, which marks the first of seven children's titles she's planning to release, having already penned five works, with her latest adult book, Celebrating The Seasons, published in 2021.
Amanda told Lorraine Kelly that her children serve as the "inspiration" for her book, as it captures the "chaos" of farm life, reports the Manchester Evening News.
"They are the stories, it encompasses everything on the farm and wouldn't be possible without the chaos of the children," she said.
She then disclosed: "You're going to say, have my children read it? And literally, as I came here, they sent me a little message saying 'Happy publication day', and there was a video that I don't know if I dare put out.
"But it said, 'For your book launch,' and they had launched it across the yard towards a goat that had gone into one of the children's sandwich boxes!"

"They were weaponizing it!" she quipped.
Earlier this year, Amanda revealed her venture into children's literature, stating: "I am absolutely delighted to have been given the opportunity to enter the world of children's books with renowned publishers, Puffin.
"As a mother myself, I know firsthand the joy that books can bring to young readers and how a book can stay with you into adulthood, take you places and open up new worlds.
"To be taken under the wing of the Puffin family, publishers of some of my childhood favourites, is something that I could never have dreamed of being possible."
In a video announcement, where she was seen cuddling a lamb while sitting in a tractor, Amanda also shared: "We're done lambing now, finished for this year, so I wanted to share with you news of the latest addition to the farm.
"No, not another wooly bundle of joy. It is... my new children's book!"
She continued: "What's it about you ask? What else could it be about? Other than the farm, animals, children, nature, countryside, and it is published by Puffin."
"So if you want to treat your children or your grandchildren to a book for Christmas, then head in my direction," she concluded.
Lorraine airs weekdays from 9am on ITV1 and ITVX.
