Xbox Game Pass is back for its first delivery of the month, and it's packing massive adventures and day one drops galore.

Yesterday was all about the Direct showcase, that we rattled through in our , but it seems that expected that there’d be more attention to spare. Sorry, team, we’re not sure there was.

It doesn’t matter now, though, because at least we can reflect – a new update has arrived after some big deliveries recently, with the offering the Arcade Collection, and the appearance of day-one release 33 Immortals in the .

It isn’t all exciting stuff, though, as back in February, and the before seeing the franchise off of the service entirely. It’s a huge loss, and one that has some making up to do with it.

Luckily, it seems that it's willing to deliver an Xbox Game Pass April 2025 update, with some fresh day-one titles, some Blizzard classics, and a few extra titles to make the Xbox Game Pass Standard experience a little sweeter. Here’s everything coming to the Xbox Game Pass library in the first Xbox Game Pass April 2025 update, as revealed by a :

It’s a big update that is coming with a good few day one launches, including South of Midnight, which is set to be a nostalgic blast. And, with Blue Prince arriving away from , this arrival is a chance for Xbox to prove that it’s not just first-party bangers up its sleeve.

to remind players that Hollow Knight: Silksong will be coming to the service on day one, when it releases at some point in 2025. Get excited, because we certainly are.

Xbox Game Pass April 2025 update – games leaving

As with every update, there has to be a few games on the way out of the door, but at least we don’t have to worry about any more games leaving – they’re already completely absent. Here’s everything leaving the service on April 15:
