Rohit said, 'Look, Bumrah has played a lot of cricket. I have played a lot of cricket with him. He understands the game very well. He has a good mind. When you talk to him, he understands the game,'
IND vs NZ: Bumrah has captained before as wellRohit further said, "Strategically I can't say much because he hasn't captained much. I think he was the captain in one Test match and a few T20 matches. But, he understands what is required. When you are in a situation where you need a leader to lead the way, I think Bumrah will be one of them.' Rohit said, "So, in the past he has always been in our leadership group." Being the most experienced fast bowler in the team, Bumrah has also been entrusted with the responsibility of helping the young fast bowlers in the team.
