If you work in the unorganized sector, then you are considered eligible

If you belong to a Scheduled Caste or Tribe, then also your Ayushman card can be made

If there is a disabled person in your family who is considered eligible for this scheme

If you live in a rural area or you do daily wage work, then also you are considered eligible to get an Ayushman card

If you are destitute or tribal, then also you can get an Ayushman card made.

Method of making Ayushman card:-
If you are eligible for this scheme then your Ayushman card can be made for which you have to go to your nearest CSC center.
Here you have to meet the concerned officer get your documents verified and also get your eligibility checked.
Then after everything is found correct, your application is made and after some time your Ayushman card is made.
