Due to the fireworks on Diwali, the air quality of Delhi and neighboring states has deteriorated a lot. In such a situation, you should go out of the house as little as possible. Keep the windows and doors of the house closed. This will prevent polluted air from entering the house.
If you have an air purifier in your house, then use it. Air purifier helps in reducing the pollutant particles present inside the house. If you do not have an air purifier, then you can buy it from the market.
Be sure to wear a mask while going out of the house. The mask will protect your mouth and nose from contact with polluted air. Try not to go out of the house during peak hours i.e. morning and evening. At this time the level of pollution is quite frightening.
If you are traveling by car, then keep its windows closed. On the other hand, if you are traveling by bike, then wear a mask and ride the bike. Apart from this, if you are having trouble breathing, chest pain or any other health problem, then contact the doctor immediately.
