Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): BJP’s state president, Hemant Khandelwal, has said only putting a big photograph on the hoarding will not ensure a position in the party.
Khandelwal gave this piece of advice to the members of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) at a meeting on Monday.
Those who only thought only of their benefits never got anything, but those who always kept the party’s interests above everything only progressed in the organisation, he said.
Instead of sending posts on social media about the places one has visited or going somewhere by train, the party workers should write about what the party is doing and the thoughts of the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister, Khandelwal said.
Making useless posts on social media only damages a party man’s reputation, he said.
One and a half months ago, when he came to know that his name was doing the rounds for the post of party’s state president, he stopped coming to Bhopal, Khandelwal said.
Second Phase Of MLA Rest House To Be Built, Says CM Mohan YadavHe said he recently met Home Minister Amit Shah after nine months. Advising them to remain in discipline, Khandekwal said the difference between BJYM and NSUI workers of the Congress should be apparent, he said.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, also present at the event, said, “The BJYM workers provide oxygen to the party. The hard work of the Morcha workers has contributed to the BJP’s success.”
Fake documents used demanding posts
Organisational general secretary of the party Hitanand Sharma has revealed how some party workers are giving wrong information for getting posts in the BJYM by making changes in their Aadhar cards and mark sheets.
After inquiry reveals the real age, he said, adding that those who are above 35 years will not get any position in the Yuva Morcha, which the party has already decided.
