Shardiya Navratri 2025 Shubh Yoga
This time, not one or two, but five auspicious yogas are forming during Sharadiya Navratri 2025. The conjunction of the Sun and Mercury creates Budhaditya Yoga, Bhadra Raj Yoga, the conjunction of the Moon and Mars creates Dhan Yoga, the conjunction of the Moon, Mercury, and Sun creates Trigrahi Yoga, and the conjunction of Jupiter and Moon in each other's center houses creates Gajakesari Yoga. Worshipping Goddess Durga during these auspicious yogas brings auspicious results.
Ghatasthapana 2025 Shubh Muhurat
The auspicious time for Ghatasthapana during Sharadiya Navratri is from 6:09 AM to 8:06 AM. Duration is 1 hour 56 minutes.
Abhijit Muhurta (early morning) from 11:49 am to 12:38 pm
Sharadiya Navratri 2025 Ghatasthapana Rules (Ghatasthapana Ke Niyam)
It is always considered best to perform Ghatasthapana during the auspicious morning time. Abhijit Muhurta and Vijay Muhurta are considered most suitable for Ghatasthapana.
The place of worship should always be clean, holy, and quiet. It should also be purified by sprinkling Ganga water.
Clean clothes should be worn before Ghatasthapana. White, red, or yellow clothes are considered auspicious for this puja.
Sow seven or nine types of grains in an earthen pot. Fill the pot with water, add roli (vermillion), rice grains, a rupee, and mango leaves. Place a coconut on top of the Kalash and cover it with a red scarf.
Install a picture or idol of Goddess Durga near the Kalash. Ensure the Goddess's face is facing north or east during the puja.
After installing the Kalash, be sure to light the eternal flame; this is considered very auspicious. Use pure cow ghee in the Akhand Deepak.
Sprouting wheat or barley seeds sown during Kalash installation is considered a symbol of the Goddess's blessings. Later, immerse them in a river or holy place.

Recite the Devi Kavach, Durga Saptashati, or other mantras before installing the Kalash. Worship the Goddess according to her rules for nine days.
Eat satvik food during Navratri and avoid onion and garlic.
Practice celibacy and maintain complete purity during Navratri.
During the nine days of Navratri, worship the Goddess's various forms and perform Kanya Pujan.
