In a recent Instagram post, Mark Zuckerberg was seen sporting a seriously pricey wristwatch—one that got fans buzzing. The Meta CEO, known for his laid-back style, was rocking a luxury Patek Philippe piece valued over Rs 1 crore, marking a shift from his usual no-frills appearance.

When a follower on Instagram inquired about the watch model, Zuckerberg didn’t hesitate to confirm it was the Patek Philippe 5236P.

The Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar
The watch Zuckerberg flaunted is from Patek Philippe’s renowned Calatrava Perpetual Calendar series. This classic timepiece blends sophisticated design with a perpetual calendar function, making it a prized collector’s item for horology enthusiasts.

While Patek Philippe keeps its prices under wraps, reports peg the value of this specific model somewhere between $120,000 and $150,000 (over Rs 1 crore) depending on its unique materials and features.

Influenced by Anant Ambani’s Richard Mille?
What adds more intrigue to Zuckerberg’s watch upgrade is his recent interest in luxury timepieces, sparked by none other than Anant Ambani, the Indian billionaire heir.

Months back, during pre-wedding celebrations for Ambani in Jamnagar, Zuckerberg was seen admiring a watch on Ambani’s wrist. He confessed, “I never really wanted to get a watch, but…I might want that,” after learning Ambani was wearing a Richard Mille RMS-10 Tourbillon Koi Fish, a watch reportedly worth at least $1 million (around Rs 8.4 crore) with its intricate koi fish design in rose gold and diamonds.
