Captaining Lucknow Super Giants, Rishabh Pant, after an INR 27-crore signing, Pant’s form has been underwhelming, and the flop against Mumbai Indians, where he managed just four runs off two balls, has created mixed reactions on social media. Attempting a reverse sweep off Will Jacks, Pant gifted a simple catch.

It wasn’t just Pant’s dismissal that broke the internet, but it was LSG co-owner Sanjiv Goenka’s reaction that stole the spotlight. Cameras caught Goenka visibly angry in the stands. With just 110 runs in 10 matches, it could be his worst since 2016.

Ashish Nehra, who is usually calm during tense situations, lost his cool during the Gujarat Titans’ clash against the Mumbai Indians on March 29. The internet broke after Nehra was seen screaming from the sidelines, furious at his batters' late-innings collapse.

Gujarat looked set for a 200-plus total, playing at 170/3 after 17 overs. However, a collapse in the final 13 balls, losing five wickets, restricted them to 196/8, making it their second collapse of the season. Nehra’s anger, especially after Sherfane Rutherford’s soft dismissal, was caught on camera and fans were quick to make memes out of it.

Sunrisers Hyderabad's owner, Kavya Maran’s reaction during the side's historic win over Chennai Super Kings at Chepauk grabbed significant attention. During the 16th over of SRH’s chase of a 155-run target, CSK’s Noor Ahmad bowled a no-ball, giving Kamindu Mendis a golden chance with a free hit. However, instead of capitalizing, Mendis attempted a slog at a delivery outside off stump and missed it completely, triggering a reaction from Kavya.

Despite the missed opportunity, Mendis redeemed himself with an unbeaten 32 off 22 balls, guiding Hyderabad home alongside Nitish Kumar Reddy (19*) as they chased down the target with eight balls to spare. Delhi Capitals (DC) skipper Axar Patel managed to put a smile on everyone's face even after a disappointing run defeat to Mumbai Indians (MI), with his hilarious post-match reply to commentator Murali Karthik. The incident took place after DC suffered their first loss of the IPL 2025 season. While chasing a 206-run target, the side looked in the game till the 119-run partnership between Karun Nair and Abishek Porel. However, a batting collapse handed Mumbai a narrow victory.

Following the match, Karthik asked Axar where he thought the game had slipped away, mentioning that disappointment was visible on the captain’s face. But Axar, having a big smile, gave a funny and savage reply that went viral."Mumbai ke paas (towards Mumbai)," Patel said on air. The reply from the DC skipper left many in splits, and fans praised Axar for accepting the loss and showing great composure even under pressure.
