Visit the official Food and Civil Supplies Department portal of Uttar Pradesh:

On the homepage, click on “Ration Card Eligibility List”.

Select your district (e.g., Agra).

Then choose your town/area from the list.

Select the name of your ration dealer.

Click on the ration card number next to the dealer’s name.

A list of beneficiaries will appear:

• Check if your name appears.

• It will also show how many family members are listed.

• Remove names of deceased persons from your ration card immediately.

  • If not, and you're found claiming their share, full recovery will be demanded from the date of death.
