DDA's Premium Housing Scheme 2025 is being launched today from Tuesday 26 August. In this scheme, flats of HIG, MIG, LIG and EHS i.e. Expandable Housing Scheme category will be available in different areas of the capital.

The special thing in this scheme is that with this, the option of buying a car and scooter garage has also been given. This is considered a golden opportunity for the people looking for a house in the capital. This is how you can apply for the scheme

To apply for this scheme of DDA, you have to use its official website. Any Indian citizen can participate in it. Provided his age is 18 years or more. However, permission to buy a garage will be given only to those who already have DDA property in the same area. For this, it will be mandatory to provide documents like registered sale deed, GPA or agreement to sell.

Let us tell you that this e-auction is open only for common citizens. No company, trust or society will be able to participate in it. To apply, you have to register by visiting the official website https://dda.etender.sbi/SBI. For which a fee of Rs 2500 will have to be paid. Which will be non-refundable. Keep in mind that the last date to apply in this scheme is 26 September.

E-auction will be held on this date

The e-auction of DDA's Premium Housing Scheme 2025 will be held on 7th and 8th October. To participate in this, applicants will first have to deposit the earnest money. The amount has been fixed at Rs 4 lakh for LIG and EHS flats, Rs 10 lakh for MIG and SFS category-2, Rs 15 lakh for HIG flats, Rs 4 lakh for car garage and Rs 1 lakh for scooter garage. Only then the application will be considered complete and you will get a chance to bid.
