This brainteaser, which is themed around healthy eating, was released after the revealed that 81 percent of Brits aren’t getting the recommended five portions of fruit and vegetables each day. The aim of this new puzzle is to find the ‘unhealthy’ item mixed in among the illustrations of fruit and vegetables - but there’s a catch.
In order to beat the challenge, you need to find the unhealthy food in under 15 seconds, which has proved challenging. The aim of a brainteaser is to offer mental exercise that’s designed to hone thinking skills and improve cognitive function, in addition to being fun to do. Often, this type of puzzle is used in schools, at job interviews, and as part of games nights at social get-togethers.
