Former Arsenal defender Nigel Winterburn believes West Ham United star Mohammed Kudus has the quality to be an Arsenal player as he outlines the Gunners' need for more attacking reinforcements. "Kudus has the ability. He is a good player, but he is not in the same league as Saka, that's for sure," he told s. "Martinelli lost his way a bit towards the end of last season.
"Do Arsenal need more players in that area? I think the manager would say he would love to have more players everywhere," he added. "I suppose, they are also doing the assessment in terms of what Kudus’ character is like.

"Will he fit into their squad and not come in and disrupt it? That's the last thing you want.
"But ability wise he's got it, but I don´t think he would come straight into the starting eleven. That could be an issue, because he is used to playing a lot. It's an interesting question, because price is also relevant, for sure."
