The Spanish side have exercised the free market impressively, landing Kylian Mbappe last summer, and could now continue that strategy by going after the Canadian full-back, who scored against them in the semi-final last season.

Sane is another player who could be on the move having been hampered by inconsistencies throughout his time in Germany. After excelling at Schalke as a youngster came calling and had the player on their books for four years before selling him.
