Prince Harry was left furious after being "snubbed" by King Charles and Prince William as he returned to the UK for the first time after his bombshell interview with Oprah alongside his wife Meghan Markle. Harry and Meghan left the royals furious as they claimed one of the senior members had "questioned how dark Prince Archie's skin would be", as well as claiming Princess Kate had made Meghan cry. Only weeks later, Prince Harry returned to the UK for the funeral of his grandfather Prince Philip, forcing him to reunite with his family.
In footage outside the funeral, Harry was seen looking unhappy as he spoke to Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank while waiting for a car. In Channel 5 documentary Lip-Reading The Royals: The Secret Conversations, lipreader Nicola Hickley revealed exactly what Harry said as he complained to Eugenie.
She claimed he said, "I spent five hours with my dad in his office, and not a friendly text from either," before he asked, "Why hasn't anybody contacted me? I was here and I was just sitting there."

The expert commented on how he seemed "disappointed and disillusioned" about the reception he had from his brother and father following their fury at his Oprah interview.
Royal expert Agua Hagan said on the show: "It is clear that the emotions of the day were on the surface, Prince Harry talking about not getting a text from his brother or his dad, he clearly feels like he is being ignored. It emphasises the fact that Meghan isn't there."
Royal historian Dr Tessa Dunlop added: "There is a vulnerability to Harry and I think there is an awareness between the younger pack of royals that they are his softer landing, he has a reasonably good relationship with Eugenie and Beatrice, and we see him lean into that."
TalkTV star Cristos Foufas raged: "Of course no one has contacted you Harry, because if you did, you would complain about it endlessly."
Prince Harry and Prince William again reunited in June 2021 after a statue was unveiled of their mother Princess Diana at Kensington Palace's Sunken Garden, which was a favorite spot of hers.
As the brothers awkwardly walked together, the tension was palpable between the two, with lipreader Nicola revealing Harry said to William: "It is so surreal seeing her there," as William agreed: "It is surreal."
